Agreement to these terms
By using Effexora.com or buying from us, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.
These terms comply with EU consumer protection law. Where EU law or the law of your own country gives you mandatory rights, those rights apply no matter what this document says. Nothing here can take them away, and nothing here is intended to try.
Self-responsibility
Read this part twice.
The attunements, healings and teachings offered through Effexora Academy are tools. They are not magic pills, and they will not fix your life without your participation.
By using our services you agree that:
You are the master of your own experience. We provide frequencies, techniques and transmissions. You integrate them.
You take responsibility for how you use these tools and what unfolds while you're working with them.
This is not medical or psychological treatment and doesn't replace either. If you need a doctor, see a doctor. If you need a therapist, see a therapist. Energy work sits alongside those things; it doesn't substitute for them.
You're here by choice, not because you think we'll save you. We support your empowerment. We don't enable spiritual bypassing.
This work is for people ready to own their energy and their lives.
None of the above limits your rights as a consumer, or our obligation to deliver what we described.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy from us. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.
What you're buying, and how it's delivered
Attunement manuals and other digital materials are delivered by email, usually within one working day. We work Monday to Friday. An order placed Saturday goes out Monday.
Attunements themselves are delivered in one of two ways, depending on the product and your preference:
Chi Ball - the energy is prepared and stored for you to receive when you choose, following the instructions in the manual.
Real-time - the energy is sent live at a date and time agreed with you.
Live sessions and consultations are scheduled with you individually and delivered online.
Each product page states which applies. If we can't deliver for any reason on our side, you get a full refund - see the Refund Policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR unless your local currency is available.
Prices shown to consumers include any applicable VAT.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
We use third-party payment processors. We never see or store your card details.
For B2C digital services sold across EU borders, VAT is generally due in the customer's country under the OSS scheme rather than yours. Confirm your registration position before relying on the line above.
Refunds and withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind about any digital product, with no reason required. Live sessions have their own cancellation terms.
The full detail, including how to request a refund, what happens if something you received is faulty, and the model withdrawal form, is in our Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.
What you may and may not do with our work
Everything on Effexora.com - manuals, course materials, images, writing - is our intellectual property or used under licence.
You may
Use anything you've bought for your own practice.
Pass on and certify others in any attunement you've been attuned to, where that attunement's manual says you can. Most of ours do, and each manual states its own position. The manual governs.
Talk publicly about your experience of our work. We like honest testimonials, including critical ones.
Link to us. Please do.
You may not
Reproduce, redistribute or resell our manuals or materials.
Share your copy with someone who hasn't bought it. Passing on an attunement is not the same as passing on the file - the first is usually allowed, the second never is.
Present our work as your own.
Use our content commercially beyond what the manual permits, without written permission from us.
If you've been refunded for something, the permission to use it ends with the refund.
Using this site
What we expect: be genuine, don't misrepresent who you are, don't harass us or anyone else, don't try to break the site.
What you can expect: we maintain this site as well as two people can. Things occasionally break, typos slip through, and content gets revised as our understanding changes. We're not liable for temporary outages or for a page being out of date, but we will fix what you tell us about.
Accounts
If you create an account: keep your password secure, give us a real email address (we need it to send you what you bought), and one account per person unless you're running a business account, in which case talk to us.
We can suspend accounts that breach these terms. Where it's possible to warn you first, we will.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR. Short version: we collect little, we don't sell it, and you can make us delete it.
Warranties and what we do guarantee
We don't guarantee specific outcomes from energy work. We can't - it's co-creative, and you're half of the equation. We also don't guarantee the site will never go down.
What we do guarantee: that you receive what the product page described, in working order. If digital content we sold you is defective, incomplete, or substantially different from its description, we will fix it, and if we can't, you get your money back. That obligation comes from EU law (Directive 2019/770; in Poland, art. 43k-43q of the Consumer Rights Act) and we couldn't disclaim it even if we wanted to. We don't want to.
Beyond that, our services are provided as they are, without further warranties, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
This limit does not apply to:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
our obligation to deliver conforming content, or to refund you
anything else that can't be excluded under EU or Polish law
Plainly: if you buy a €15 attunement and your integration process gets messy, we'll support you as teachers, but we're not legally answerable for your whole life situation. Consciousness work is like that. That's the path, not a defect.
Termination
We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Where possible we'll warn you first, and where we've ended things wrongly you can challenge it and you keep every consumer right you'd otherwise have, including refunds for anything you've paid for and not received.

We link outward sometimes. We're not responsible for what's on the other end.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new date at the top.
The version in force when you bought something is the version that applies to that purchase. We don't apply changes retroactively.
If a change materially affects an ongoing arrangement between us, we'll email you about it in advance.
Complaints and disputes
Email us first: contact@effexora.com. Almost everything resolves at that step, and we'd rather hear from you than have you go away unhappy.
If it doesn't resolve:
Poland: the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) runs free consumer mediation, and permanent consumer arbitration courts (stałe sądy polubowne) are attached to it. Details at uokik.gov.pl.
Elsewhere in the EU: your national ADR body, or the European Consumer Centre for your country (eccnet.eu), which handles cross-border consumer problems free of charge.
Your local consumer protection authority.
(The European Commission's ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists. If you find a link to it anywhere on this site, it's an oversight - please tell us.)
Governing law
Polish law governs these terms.
If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country's law, and you can bring proceedings there. Otherwise, disputes go to the Polish courts.
