Agreement to Terms

Self-Responsibility Agreement

The attunements, healings, and teachings offered through Effexora Academy are tools for your consciousness. They are not magic pills. They will not fix your life without your active participation.

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You are the master of your own experience. We provide frequencies, techniques, and transmissions. You integrate them.

  • You take full responsibility for how you use these tools and what unfolds in your life during and after working with them.

  • These services do not replace medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you need a doctor, see a doctor. If you need a therapist, see a therapist. Energy work complements healing; it doesn't replace common sense.

  • You're doing this by choice, not because you think we'll "save" you. We're here to support your empowerment, not enable spiritual bypassing.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products or services from Effexora Academy. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Intellectual Property

All content on Effexora.com - including attunement manuals, course materials, videos, images, and written content - is our intellectual property or used with permission.

You may:

  • Use purchased materials for your personal spiritual practice

  • Share your personal experience with our work (we appreciate authentic testimonials)

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our materials

  • Claim our work as your own

  • Pass attunements to others unless you've been explicitly trained and authorized to do so within specific lineage agreements

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate.

Refunds and your withdrawal rights are handled according to our Refund Policy (see separate document).

Disclaimer of Warranties

Legal requirement to say this clearly:

The services and products on this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except where EU law provides mandatory warranties that cannot be excluded.

We don't guarantee that attunements will produce specific results - because energy work is co-creative, and you're half of that equation. We don't warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

What we DO guarantee: We show up with integrity. We provide what we say we'll provide. We stand behind our work. If digital content is defective or doesn't match its description, we'll fix it or refund you (as per EU consumer law).

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by EU law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

This limitation does not apply to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under EU law

Translation: If you buy a €50 attunement and something goes sideways in your integration process, we'll support you as humans and teachers - but we're not legally liable for your entire life situation. You're doing consciousness work. It gets messy sometimes. That's part of the path.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Where possible, we'll warn you first.

This isn't about being punitive. It's about maintaining the integrity of the space we're building.

If we terminate your account wrongfully, EU consumer protection law gives you the right to challenge this.

Our website may contain links to external sites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Click at your own discernment.
