ATTUNEMENT 101

The teaching arm of the work - where it meets the hands and stays there. It takes up the questions that surface the moment you actually sit down with an attunement, the ones that sound too plain to say out loud and turn out to be the whole game, and it stays with each until you can carry it into your own practice without the page.

The spirit is correction without condescension. The series began inside the field's borrowed language and has spent its run taking apart its own early certainties - so it trusts you to watch it change its mind rather than perform a confidence it no longer has. Nothing here gets flattened into a slogan. A plain question gets opened until the mechanism under it shows, then handed back to you in working order.

It aims at what you can do, not what you can repeat. You should come away holding a capacity you walked in without - the practice a little more yours, the tool a little less mysterious, your own hand in it a little clearer. Doctrine you can quote ages badly; an instrument you know how to hold does not.
