Attunement 101: Overcoming Doubt

Today in the Attunement 101 series, we're going to dive into the topic of overcoming doubt when it comes to receiving and sending attunements.

No Doubt About It

Since I created Effexora Academy, I noticed that the biggest doubts arise when it comes to attuning with the Chi Ball method. I totally get it, because it took me some time before I was convinced and accepted my first Chi Ball attunement. I’ve been attuned to Usui Reiki 1st and 2nd degree, both performed in person. However, I trusted my teacher, and that trust in the teacher is what I consider absolutely crucial, not trust in Chi Balls.

The power of this Chi Ball is unlimited, more than our imagination, which actually has many limitations. It is as unlimited as the energy in the entire universe, in all timelines and dimensions combined. We are limiting it through our beliefs, but it’s nothing bad.

Distant attunements remove the limitations of time and space, allowing people from all over the world to consistently attune others, as the process remains the same. The attunement does not come from the teacher but from the Eternal Sacred Source. The teacher has the "authorization" to share this access with you. In the early stages of my teaching journey, I looked for physical sensations as evidence of energy flow during sending attunements.

Trust me, once you have sent the Chi Ball with genuine intention, it has been transmitted properly. The logical mind may try to find proof that it wasn't, but attunement is not a process reflected in third-dimensional reality. Our physical senses may not always detect all sensations, but this does not change the process. It may seem too simple, but it really is.

The process is the same whether done in-person or remotely, at an appointed time, or using Chi Ball.

Sure, it may appear that the teacher is more trustworthy because they attune in person, fostering a sense of certainty and calm...

I used to be skeptical about Chi Ball attunements and even thought they are a scam. However, my perspective changed when I decided to experience it with an open mind and excitement, without any doubts. I realized that doubts can prevent us from truly convincing ourselves.

It's not just about taking action. it's also about having intention, purpose, and sincere willingness.

Energy is intelligent, and we can't deceive it with mere words. Our thoughts matter.

Thoughts That Shape Reality

One of the key elements in the attunement process is faith. Without faith, it can be difficult to fully open ourselves up to the energy and guidance that comes with attunements. When we doubt the process or ourselves, we create blockages that prevent the flow of energy from coming through. It's like putting up a roadblock in the middle of a highway - nothing can get through.

So, how do we overcome doubt and allow the attunement process to flow smoothly?

The answer lies in our will. Our will plays a crucial role in the attunement process. If we don't give ourselves permission to receive or send attunements due to doubt, then the energy will not be able to flow through us.

Doubt doesn't define your capability to get attuned. It's just a momentary feeling of disagreement, and it doesn't have to shape your overall mindset. Doubt is a choice, and just as you can retract your agreement, you can also choose to believe in something that initially didn't convince you.

Choice always works both ways.

Of course, in everyday life, it looks a bit different, and it seems to us that unexpressed consent is not something we have control over and receive what was "lost". Usually, however, we can "regain" where our opinion seems to no longer matter. Yes, we won't get it in the same form, circumstances, and time. However, that's not what we're after when we want to "reverse" the ungiven consent, because when we want to achieve something, we have a higher goal in mind

Seeing Opportunities Beyond Missed Chances

An invitation from someone you've liked for a long time to a party that we declined? It probably wasn't just about the party. You bought a dishwasher recommended by a friend instead of the one you initially wanted, and it turned out to be weak? It was probably about a good dishwasher, not that specific one. You missed the deadline to sign up for your dream theater group because you postponed it one day too long? Your desire to develop acting skills is all you need to pursue that dream; you don't need that specific group for it.

Sometimes we limit ourselves by not deciding on something that is a desire expressed by the voice of intuition. Furthermore, we limit ourselves even more by thinking that because of a lack of decision, we can no longer achieve it.

Life presents us with opportunities, but to notice them, we need to remove the "lost" filter.

On an energetic level, nothing is lost, it simply changes its form. Although we may feel lost in making decisions, each step, choice, and doubt is like a thread that guides us through the labyrinth of possibilities.

Remember to embrace uncertainty, as it is where transformation happens. Trust in the changes of life, because what seems lost may just be waiting to be found in a different way. Our intentions shape our reality, with every thought, doubt, and decision.

Embrace the dance of doubt and certainty, as it holds the essence of our existence.

We can go with the flow of life, trusting that each new direction leads us where we need to be. Similarly, by accepting a distant attunement, we can allow ourselves to be open to divine energy, knowing that it will match our own perfectly. The energy we receive is just right, ensuring no harm. Nothing can happen without our agreement. Our strong will shapes our reality. You are a powerful creator, shaping your reality with every thought and action.

Building a Bridge of Faith

One way to overcome doubt is to work on building our faith. This can be done through meditation, prayer, or simply taking the time to connect with our inner selves. By strengthening our faith, we can begin to trust in the process and allow the energy to flow freely.

It's important to remember that doubt is a natural part of the human experience. We all have moments of uncertainty and fear. But by acknowledging these doubts and actively working to overcome them, we can open ourselves up to the powerful energy of attunement.

So, the next time you find yourself doubting the attunement process, take a moment to connect with your inner faith. Trust in the process and know that the energy is always there, waiting to flow through you. With a little bit of faith and a lot of determination, you can overcome doubt and open yourself up to the divine energies given to us for life as the attunements.
