Attunement 101: Demystifying the Chi Ball Method

I am excited to launch my new series, "Attunement 101" - in this series, I'll be diving into the awesome world of spiritual attunements and how they can help others by spreading healing vibrations.

I want to create "Attunement 101" as a helpful resource for anyone who may be feeling confused in the realm of spiritual terminology. Think of this series as a guidebook, dictionary, or textbook - but please do not confuse academic learning with exploring the spiritual realm. 

Attunements are way more than just giving a green light for personal activation. Attunement is a powerful change for the rest of your life.

First of all, I decided to clarify a Chi Ball method for attunements. It's my main preference when it comes to attuning students of our academy. I hope this post helps explain why!

But first and foremost..

I have been working on this post for a while. The main question I kept asking myself was: "What should I cover when writing about the Chi Ball method?" I quickly realized that covering every important aspect is impossible. I must admit that I have only briefly touched upon each point. Some details were omitted to prevent misunderstandings. In my future posts, I will strive to provide a suitable level of explanation for each aspect of a Chi Ball or attunements in general, as I see it.

Chi Ball is a game-changer in the spiritual community for healing and attunement. While there are other methods of attuning other people, I prefer using the Chi Ball for attunements due to its simplicity and the ability to connect with others easily, breaking through time and space.

Figuring out how the Chi Ball works may be challenging at first. If it's new to you, I can say from personal experience that practice makes it clearer. It's one of those things that you can read about and try to understand but even if it makes sense, in practice, it's completely different. Exploring spirituality means stepping beyond conventional thinking and what we see.

So, how can I briefly explain the process of making a Chi Ball? To create a Chi Ball, one is simply focusing their intention and visualization on transmitting an energy flow from the universe and shaping it into a ball of light between their hands. This ball of energy can then be directed also just using intention, towards a specific area of the body or sent out into the world to bring healing and positive energy to others.

I won't go deeper into the specifics of creating a Chi Ball or how it forms. It will appear as a separate post.

Sending Energy Across Distances

The way energies are shifting dramatically these days, we are more capable of doing things that were once thought to be impossible. The key to sending healing energy and attunements across long distances lies in the power of our minds and the intention behind our actions. When we concentrate our thoughts and have a clear intention, we can access the universal energy that connects us all, and send healing vibrations to anyone, anywhere in the world.

It's like sending a message through the airwaves – except instead of using technology, we are using the power of our own consciousness. Just like how a radio signal can travel long distances to reach its destination, our intentions and healing energies can also travel across the globe to reach those in need.

Is it too simple to work like that?

Simplicity Paradox

The practice of setting intentions with Chi Ball is a perfect example of how simplicity can lead to powerful results.

There is no need to overcomplicate what is given us in a pure form from the Eternal Source.

Why is simplicity in spiritual practices a positive sign?

In the case of Chi Balls, simplicity means that there are no limitations to how they can be used. It allows for a clear and direct connection to the energy being worked with. Whether you are using them for healing, manifestation, protection, or any other purpose. With a focused mind and a pure heart, you can send healing vibrations to anyone, anywhere in the world.

Tools and Preparation

Do I need special tools or aids to receive or send Chi Ball?

Not necessarily. While some practitioners use crystals or incense to enhance the experience, they aren't necessary. The most important tools are your intention and focus. You already possess the most potent tool, which is your conscious mind.

Duration and Awareness

How long does the Chi Ball attunement typically last?

It varies from person to person. For many practitioners, they absorb energies from Chi Ball attunement within a time range of 20-50 minutes. It's possible for this process to last a shorter or longer amount of time. My suggestion is to refrain from controlling how much time has already passed and allow the process to continue. Each soul is unique and may not fit into perfect average measures.

So, how do you know when the energy from a Chi Ball attunement came to an end?

Well, it's quite simple. When you no longer feel the flow of energies within you, that's a sign that the attunement has come to an end. It's like a gentle goodbye from the universe, letting you know that it's time to move on.

It may also happen that you fall asleep while receiving a Chi Ball attunement. However it doesn’t affect its potency at all! So feel free to relax and let the energies wash over you, knowing that they'll work their magic regardless of whether you're awake or asleep.

Safety Concerns

Are there any potential risks associated with Chi Ball attunements?

Chi Ball attunements are considered safe and beneficial when conducted with integrity and respect. They provide a direct connection to the energies you are attuned to, delivered by higher powers in the form of pure white light particles that align with your energetic makeup. This attunement is believed to support spiritual growth as you progress along your path.

One of the main advantages of Chi Ball attunements is their ability to enhance the safety and convenience of spiritual healing sessions. Since the energy is transmitted remotely, there is no risk of physical contact or harm to either the practitioner or the recipient. This aspect can be especially valuable in situations where in-person sessions are not possible or secure.

At this point, I want to mention cutting etheric cords between you and the receiver. It's a thing that you can also apply to attunements in-person and any type of healing sessions.

When you send or receive attunements, you become spiritually connected with that person. It is important to cut the etheric cords that are created. If you don't, you may remain connected by these cords to that person, potentially being drained of your energy unintentionally or intentionally.

For that purpose, simply focus your mind, and say: “I’m cutting all the etheric cords now!”.

This action helps you go back to your daily life with a clear mind and a light heart.

The Bottom Line

It's important to note that Chi Balls are not better or worse than in-person attunements or scheduled appointments, which I often refer to as "in-real time attunements". They simply take a different form while following the same process. None of them will attune you better than the other.

Whether you prefer in-person attunements for a more tangible experience or Chi Balls for their flexibility and independence in time and place of receiving new energies, your choice will lead you towards the growth and connection you are looking for.

Remember, spiritual growth depends on your intention and openness, regardless of the method you choose.

Physical Sensations

Is it common to experience physical sensations during a Chi Ball attunement?

When you receive a Chi Ball attunement, you can expect to experience a range of sensations. Each experience is unique, and no two attunements feel the same. Some common sensations include tingling, warmth, coolness, or a sense of pressure. Emotional releases, peace, relaxation, vivid dreams, and heightened intuition are also possible. Trust your own experience and know that all feelings are valid.

If you're not sensing much energy presence, relax, breathe, and stay open to the experience. If you feel a lot of energy, embrace it and let it flow. Trust the process and remember that all feelings are acceptable. There is no right or wrong way to feel energy as long as your intention is clear.

Signs of a Successful Chi Ball Attunement

How can I know that my attunement was successful?

Look for signs like peace, clarity, increased vitality, or emotional release. Trust your intuition and recipient feedback to assess the effectiveness of the attunement. If you feel it was fully absorbed into your energy field, you don’t really have to wonder and look for signs that prove it. Remember, it’s beyond logical mind and physical plane, so the more intuitively you approach, the more confidence you’ll gain.

How much time do I have to receive a Chi Ball attunement since my teacher told me it's been sent?

You can receive a Chi Ball attunement at any time after your teacher notifies you that it's been sent.

Chi Balls don't expire on their own. They only expire once you received them. This flexibility is why it's my preferred method to attune my students. After it's sent, you get to choose when and where you are going to receive it. Once your attunement was intentionally called in, Chi Ball no longer exists.

Learning Chi Ball Attunement Method

Can anyone learn to perform an attunement by using Chi Ball method?

Yes, it is not a practice reserved only for years of experienced masters and mentors. Even if you have never attuned anyone before, you can use simple techniques provided in the resources of each attunement course at Effexora Academy. It is a straightforward practice that only requires your faith and the power of intention. Trust in your capacity to both receive and send is absolutely crucial.
