In many manuals I've written, I share parts of my personal story because I realize how important it is for seekers trying to integrate difficult parts of their journeys, when we see people sharing only the brightest, glowing moments, but also more flawed, emotionally painful ones. We are looking for an understanding of our wounds in the first place.
I hope my manuals will bring you this understanding. As a psychology master's student, I've been deeply passionate about studying the human psyche. Based on feedback from my students, one of the most valuable contributions I can offer to the spiritual community is creating a more human and natural connection - a space where all emotions are acknowledged and valid. Besides the rich reflections I'm sharing in the manuals, I also explain in-depth different aspects of energy work mechanics and dynamics, integrating physical day-to-day applications with spiritual planes of existence, blending them into easy-to-digest form.
